How do I collect the paw/nose print?

• Don't have any paw or nose photos? Don't worry! The team at Good Shepherd can retrieve any/all necessary photos required for this urn once your pet is checked in at one of our local offices. Please call the office branch where your pet is being/will be taken care of to let them know they will need to collect photos of your pet.
• Taking a high resolution digital photo is the easiest way to capture your pet's paw or nose prints. For best results use high resolution setting- photo must be in focus with sharp detail with good exposure. Take several photos and send us the best ones. Resolution recommendation: 300 dpi or higher or around 2000px x 1500px or higher. If unsure, use the highest resolution setting. JPG format works best).
• If using ink prints, we recommend purchasing an ink print keepsake of your pet's nose and paw. Our team members can use these for their memorial!
